Collection of Information/What Information We Collect
Gifts Paradise collects information from its users when they register to gain access to our services or at other specific instances when they are requested to provide us with their personal & business information. During registration, we ask the users for their name, email address, business information and other personal details. We store information that we collect through registration, cookies and log files. Once a user registers, he/she is no longer anonymous to Gifts Paradise. Personally identifiable information is used by Gifts Paradise in order to provide tailored services and to improve the content of the site for you.

For Gifts Paradise users, it is necessary to share your order information with a trusted dealer partner to complete your transaction. The dealer partner do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purpose other than fulfilling the order and post order service.
As a general rule, Gifts Paradise will not disclose or share any of the user's personally identifiable information except when Gifts Paradise has the user's permission or under special circumstances, such as when Gifts Paradise believes in good faith that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.
Gifts Paradise may also disclose account information in special cases when Gifts Paradise has reasons to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating I Gifts Paradise 's Terms of Services or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Gifts Paradise 's rights or property, other Gifts Paradise network website users, or if Gifts Paradise deems it necessary to maintain, service, and improve its products and services. Updating Information
A user may edit his/her account information and profile by logging onto our website and/or by sending a request to customerservice@Gifts Paradise.com.The requested changes may take up to 30 days to appear online because of verification process and server cache policies.
A user account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in the user not being able to access the network. Residual information will remain within our archive records.
Protection of information
As with all information, Gifts Paradise does not sell any user's personal information or business information until and unless it is permitted by the user. Any user statistics that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners regarding product or service usage on Gifts Paradise network is provided in an aggregate form only and does not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user.
We request our users to sign out of their Gifts Paradise account and close their browser window when they have finished their work. Gifts Paradise takes necessary steps, within its limits of commercial viability and necessity, to ensure that the user's information is treated securely.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while Gifts Paradise strives to protect the user's personal & business information, it cannot ensure the security of any information transmitted to Gifts Paradise and you do so at your own risk. Once Gifts Paradise receives your transmission, it makes best efforts to ensure its security in its systems. Please keep in mind that whenever you post personal & business information online, that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties.
Customer Service
Gifts Paradise will never ask for your login, personally identifiable or billing information in instant messages, or pop-ups. If you witness any of these possible scams, ignore them and inform Gifts Paradise at 1 (905) 552 0577.
For certain high value orders our customer service representative may request some identity verification proofs (such as scanned copies of driving license, PAN Card or any other document that has your name & photograph on it) in an email format. This email will be sent only from customerservice@GiftsParadise.com and no other email account. We will never ask for credit card information on email or phone. DELIVERY POLICY
• An estimated delivery date will be provided after an order has been placed.
• The delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location(s) and the goods ordered. Goods ordered may be delivered in separate shipments.
• Gifts Paradise Web site and retail business is operated within Ontario, Canada for customers within Ontario, Canada and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Gifts Paradise delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes) within Ontario, Canada only.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within Ontario, Canada.
What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and the shipping location. These rates are made available during checkout once you enter the delivery address.
Do you provide expedited shipping?
All our products are shipped by the fastest shipping methods available for a location.
Do you provide Same Day Delivery / Midnight Delivery?
Yes, in certain cases where the items are available in stock at our warehouse location. In normal cases, we take about 2 – 10 business days to deliver depending on the location, item availability, processing time in our warehouse, shipping method you select and the shipping destination.
What if we want to skip the shipping charges?
Once you make a payment for your purchase on the web site you will be given a pick up option. To skip shipping charges we could certainly arrange for a pick up location where the customer could come and pick up their orders at their expense.
Do you provide Scheduled Date Delivery?
No, we will be starting this service very soon.
How do you ship?
We use various courier services depending on the location the item is being shipped to.
Where's my package?
You can get the latest information of your order from “My Account” tab on Gifts Paradise which includes tracking information. Your order will be updated with the tracking number and courier name as soon as it is shipped.
How much time will it take for my item(s) to get delivered?
We deliver your items within 2 - 10 normal business days from the date of your order.
We use the fastest shipping method available to ship all products.
Will all my products ship together?
Your item(s) may be shipped from different locations and so you may receive them as separate consignments.
RETURN POLICY & PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Gifts Paradise has worked hard to source quality educational and developmental toys and a variety of other gift items for our customers. We are proud of our product range and are confident that our customers shall be pleased with their purchase(s). But in the event that a refund is requested, please read our policy below!
GIFTS PARADISE DOES NOT MAKE ANY CASH REFUND(S)
We only accept return of sold goods /merchandise, with manufacturing defects within 5 days of the date of receipt and after inspection and checking by Gifts Paradise team and the brand representatives for an exchange of the same product purchased.
• Only manufacturing defect products can be replaced by another order. Products returned must be unused and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions.
• Products with manufacturing defects only must be reported to returns@giftsparadise.ca within 5 days of receipt of product. For the quickest processing, please call customer service at (905) 552 0577 to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
• The returns of the defective items MUST be organized to be delivered at the address provided by customer service at the time of authorising a Return in the original packing within 5 days of receipt of goods with their with a copy of your packing slip, order number and contact details and the delivery invoice. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER provided by Gifts Paradise need to be written at the top of the package.
• All items of the merchandise being returned should be packed securely (along with guarantee/warranty, instruction manual etc.) with a copy of your packing slip, using the original packing. Send the merchandise via Courier, Speed post, for your security, insured against loss in transit. Please be assured that we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return. Offers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Returned goods/merchandise with manufacturing defects is subject to inspection and checking by Gifts Paradise team and the brand representatives. Once product condition is determined and if the claim is valid, refund will be transferred to your store credit account within 10 business days, which will be valid for utilization for 14 days from the date of transfer. Suggestion by email will be sent to this effect on your provided email id.
• Returned goods/merchandise for Replacement are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer's behalf.
• Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and do not cover products for commercial use.
• GIFTS PARADISE reserves the right to make a selection on the customer's behalf in order to expedite the shipping process if a particular colour or design of a product has not been included with the customer's order.
* If the batteries have been opened and used the items cannot be accepted as a return.
FREIGHT DAMAGE
If outer shipping carton is damaged:
1. Retain all packing materials for freight company inspection,
2. Report damage to your freight company agent First,
3. Report damage to returns@ Gifts Paradise.com for further advice or instruction.
If outer shipping carton is damaged but contents are undamaged, contact (905) 552 0577
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS:
1. Claim is not reported within 3 (three) days of receipt of order.
2. Product is returned without obtaining Return Authorization from GIFTS PARADISE.
3. Product is mishandled or improperly repackaged.
4. Product is returned without original package.
5. Package is ticketed or otherwise spoilt.
A 15% restocking fee may be assessed if packaging is not fully acceptable and the product returned is found to have no manufacturing defect.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Refused delivery will incur an 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee and all freight charges incurred will be deducted prior to release of refund transferred to your Store Credit Account /subsequent shipment.
